Every wheelset is hand-assembled and inspected in France. Once built, shipping is handled by express couriers (DHL/UPS) with secure tracking and signature upon delivery.
02. Specifications & Compatibility
Yes, our Ratchet 36T hubs are available with Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, or Campagnolo N3W freehub bodies.
With a 23.5mm internal width, we recommend 28mm to 32mm tires for an optimal aerodynamic profile.
Yes, our rims feature hooked beads (Hooked). They are fully compatible with both Tubeless setups and traditional inner tubes (Tubetype).
03. Warranties & Support
All our carbon wheels come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
In case of a crash or accident damaging your rim, we offer a brand-new replacement at an exclusive 20% discount on the replacement rim.
